David has served as the general counsel for a blockchain technology startup and has held associate roles at international law firms in Manhattan and Miami, where he worked on complex mergers and acquisitions and IP transactions. Additionally, his tenure at a boutique IP law firm gave him valuable experience in patent litigation in federal court, dispute resolution at the International Trade Commission, and representing clients at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prior to attending law school, David was a patent broker, IP consultant and patent examiner for the USPTO.
